Notes help
Acrobat pro 6 on a Mac.
Is there a way to change or get rid of the info at the top of notes?
I would like to not show the date & time.
I do NOT have the preference "Always use Log-in name for Author name" checked, yet that's what name it shows there, not the name I entered in the "Identity" preference.

Re: Notes help
Could I get even a simple "Yes, this can be changed" or "No, this info is set in stone"?
I know in A5 you could go into the Notes "Propreties" dialog box and make changes to the color of that top banner, etc.
I can't find such a capability in A6.
Help, please?

Re: Notes help
Make a note. If you Control-click (or Right-click) on the text of the note, you get a context menu with certain choices (not including Properties). But if you Control-click/right-click on the top of the note, you get a different context menu which does show Properties. Included are the ability to change the name, and the color or the note. I've never heard of the ability to delete the date or time, however.

...also if you want to set the default, Control-click/right-click again and select the "Make Current Properties Default"

Re: Notes help
Thank you Steve & Graham. That is what I was looking for.
I would still love to hide the date and time, but being able to change the author and title so easily makes it workable.
Since I use a 2-button mouse, right clicking gets me all the choices in one list including "make current properties default".
I guess this means I need a good book on Acrobat 6, unless A7 is due soon....any rumors about when A7 will appear? It seems like it should be about time....
