Now unable to convert large tifs to jpgs
I have been a PS7 user for some time and have regularly converted my 400MB tifs to jpgs. I am now getting an error message "program error" when I have selected the quality for the jpg and hit the button.
Would be great to solve this one as my lab does not appreciate 400MB tifs instead of 10MB jpgs.

save out any custom settings like swatches, brushes, actions etc. then reset the prefrences:
