ODBC Release
Hi,
I have a problem with an ODBC. We use a system called Logic (for Print
Industry). Logic created their own ODBC "Logic Associates 32-bit Driver". It
works fine most of the time.
Sometimes (2-3 times a week), the ODBC stop working for some reason. When it
happens, I go in CF Admin > Connection Summary and I do "Release all cached
Data Source connections".
I would like to do it for this ODBC only in my code before every query. Is
there a way to do it?
I read about "cfusion_dbconnections_flush" but im not sure it does that...
sorry for my english.
Thank you,
patrice

Re: ODBC Release
cfusion_dbconnections_flush was deprecated in 5 or 6, don't remember for sure.
Certainly long gone by MX. I've read some threads that talked about new work
arounds, Java, Service Factory, ADO? Something along those lines. I'm still
4.5 where it works perfect so didn't pay much attention.
