ODBC Socket doesn't show my list of ODBC DSN's!?! - Coldfusion Database Access

In the ColdFusion MX 7 Administrator, when I try to create a new datasource of type ?ODBC Socket?, the drop down labled ?ODBC DSN? that is supposed to show you the list of DSN?s defined in the Windows ?System DSN? list comes up empty. How do I get the list of my system DSN?s to appear on the ODBC Socket configuration page?? I?m running Windows 2003 Server running CFMX 7. I have the ?MX7 ODBC Agent? and ?MX7 ODBC Server? services running....

Have you ever solved your problem?

I have exact the same now unter Win2003 Standard Server R2 64 bit.

All CF-relateid services are running, but the ODBC DSN dropdown list remains
unchanged. I have one DSN showing up but I think I created that BEFORE I
installed CF. After CF being there, no newly created SYSTEM DSN shows up in
that list, no matter how many times I removed / recreated the DSN.. I even
tried to manipulate swandm.ini - to no avail.

Nobody was able to provide a solution yet ..

I can add to this that the problem does not show up in Win2000 Server. I am now about to reinstall the CF 7.01 on thw Win2003 ... hope this helps
