Default Odd File Found in Apps folder

Found the file blqlxcho.exe sitting in my Applications
    Folder (Windows XP).

I have searched everywhere but can't find what it does -
    is this a BUG/TROJAN/BACKDOOR file???

I have been having dramas with Word 2000 - Can open a
document and type to my heart's content. But I can't
Save, Open etc (anything under the FILE TAB). I also
    can't access the TOOLS TAB.

I have manually removed all TMP files and ~$*.do? files
etc that could relate to corrupt TEMP FILES - still
    nothing.

I have scanned my entire harddrive with Panda, McAffee
and Norton - nothing found that is suspicious.

    I AM DESPARATE !!!!

A search of McAfee's known virus files for "blql"does not turn up
anything, nor does a Google search for that file. (I assume that you
    `spelled' it correctly.)

Can you look at the Properties of the file, for, if so, it might tell
you what the file is, where it came from, etc.
