    None that I'm aware of.

If you are doing a fresh install of Office 2000 you should not have any
    problems.

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but when I ran Windows XP
as an upgrade on top of 98SE, I had all sorts of problems getting programs
to work correctly, including Office 2000. I finially uninstalled the
programs and reinstalled and everything worked fine. Because I am a nut
about clean installs, eventually I reformatted the hard disk and loaded XP
as a full install and reloaded everything. I have had no problems running
    Office 2000 Pro on XP.
