old version in design, have xp upgrade available?

Hi,
I have an old version of InDesign and it does not work on XP, can i install it on XP then just purchase the UPGRADE?

What version is the "old" version? You don't need to install the old
version in order to install the upgrade. Just have the CD and the serial
number handy.

Bob is right, you only need your old Serial Number to install the upgrade. Funny thing is, you almost answered your own question.

InDesign 1.5.2 works fine for me on XP.
