One click file download

Hi,

How do I make a file download from my web site without right clicking
and Save As'ing. I just to left click on the file and have it save where I
want to go. ie save it to c:\temp

Put a title of the file, call it anything you want and then highlite the
title and Insert, Hyperlink, and put the file location path in the box on
the popup.

There are ways but I believe you may have to work with your web host to do
this. Normally it will try to open the file when you left click.
