online collaboration problems
We are trying to setup online collaboration on Acrobat Mac (full version), using soap.
This works fine on Acrobat Windows, but in the Mac version I can't select a server type and a server address (under 'reviewing' preferences).
These options are simply grayed out, and thus not accessible.
So not only soap, but ANY online comments feature can't be selected.
Does anyone know why that could be the case, and where to look?
Since the manual (also on the mac) states that it should be possible and you should simply fill in the server type and address, we're hoping it's another configuration problem or something.
Extra info: we're using Acrobat 6 on Mac OSX 10.3.9, javascript is enabled and we do have internet access (through local network).

Re: online collaboration problems
The pluginfolder on the mac contains the following plugins:
Accessibility.acroplugin
AcroForm.acroplugin
Catalog.acroplugin
Checkers.acroplugin
Comments.acroplugin
DigSig.acroplugin
DistillerPI.acroplugin
EFS.acroplugin
EScript.acroplugin
FlattenView.acroplugin
HTML2PDF.acroplugin
ImageConversion.acroplugin
ImageViewer.acroplugin
LegalPDF.acroplugin
MakeAccessible.acroplugin
Multimedia.acroplugin
PDDom.acroplugin
PPKLite.acroplugin
PaperCapture
PaperCapture.acroplugin
PaperMetaData.acroplugin
PictureTasks
Preflight.acroplugin
Reflow.acroplugin
SOAP.acroplugin
SaveAsRTF.acroplugin
SaveAsXML.acroplugin
Search.acroplugin
SendMail.acroplugin
SepsView.acroplugin
Spelling.acroplugin
TablePicker.acroplugin
TouchUp.acroplugin
Updater.acroplugin
Web2PDF.acroplugin
WebLink.acroplugin
XFA.acroplugin
eBook.acroplugin
In the 'info about Adobe plugins' however, I can't locate the 'EFS.acroplugin' and the 'Preflight.acroplugin'. A lot of plugins rever to the EFS.acroplugin, but everything else seems to work fine.
Which plugin must be loaded to enable 'servertype' in the 'reviewing preferences'?
