Ok, I did some searching but could not find exactly what I am needing.
I want to design a online form that someone can go to my website and
fill out, then click a button and have it print on their machine either
as a pdf that i have designed with their information populating the
form fields... or print a text file that has the form fields populating
the appropriate areas of the printable text page.

Ideas please!
