Only Display property is Themes-no Settings, etc
When right clicking the Destop and selecting Properties
from the dropdown menu, the ONLY property that is shown
and can be changed is the Themes choices.
What happened to Screen Saver, Settings, etc?

Look at the tabs. The first tab is Themes followed by
Desktop, Screensaver, Appearance and settings.
