OO does not mean much if ... - Coldfusion - Advanced Techniques

I am getting that same message. I cant seem to fix it. Any ideas? (See Function in Top of code attachment) I even checked to see if it was indeed numeric and it checks out ok (see attached code at the end) Error: The argument INSPAGEREC passed to function qryGetPageRoles() is not of type numeric.     How are you calling the function? Specifically, how are you passing your
    arguments?

    What happens if you try to cfdump your argument before you attempt your
    storedprocedure tag?

    It shows how I am passing my argument.

    The URL.RecordID is a number its value is 6014

    I even check to see if its numeric and dump the results. Result is Yes and
    6014.
