open new page extension

Hi - I've lost / forgotten an extension that allows you to open a new page
from a graphic, positioning it exactly above the exisiting one, with
co-ordinates from top, and left... I don't think it is Fever Open Picture
Window..

Any ideas - Thanks - James

If you mean that you want to open a popped up window, then perhaps this
