    Default Open Office

In Open Office writer I made an input field for the subject of a letter.
What I want is that if the letter has a second page the text of the input
field is diplayed on that page too. Is this possible, and if so how do I
    do that.

If it was that simple I had figured that out myself. No it is more
    complicated.
My standard letter has a lot of layout, wich I can put in a header or
    display it without a header.
Still I want an input field, in this case: subject, repeated on the next
page. This page is not there yet but it must diplay when the letter is two
or more pages. I don't want to make that text bij hand, no I want it there
because I filled the field on te first page, automated so to speek.
If I display all this in a header the whole layout is copied and I don't
want that, just that input field is what I want.
Maybe this explains my problem a bit more, now waiting till someone knows
    a solution.......

I don't have time to check it but have you tried to make a second section to
the letter with a differing header on the second section (i.e. put the
common data in both headers the second of which will print on all subsequent
pages)? I have done this on MSWord and it may well be your answer.
