opening an emailed pdf file
This message comes up when I try to open a pdf file which has been emailed to me:
"Acrobat could not open xxx.pdf because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been corrupted (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."
The same happens whith jpegs I am sent.
This happens from multiple senders, and their other recipients do not have problems opening up these files.
How do I fix this?
