    Click, File -> Link

    follow the wizard, and connect to your SQL Server (using DSN)

    Hi,

    In access, 'file menu' click 'new' and select "project(existing database)",
    click OK, save the .adp file then connect to the SQL Server,provide the
    login info, the database info.If the connection is successful, you can see
    the various SQL Server database objects in Access.

    In an Access database, you can link a table, choosing an ODBC connection and
    using SQLSRVR32.dll as your datasource, but this kind of connection can be
    taxing to your server. You can also use an Access Data Project, which has a
    more dedicated connection to your SQL Server db.
