Opening FH5 files in OSX
I am having problems opening some OLD Freehand 5 files in Freehand MX using OSX. Does anyone have any tips ( apart from booting in classic and installing the old application ) - thanks !! - Jon

Hey, careful what you're calling OLD! FH 1 files are old. FH 5 files are
merely middle-aged. ;-)
I'm able to open my FH5 files in FHMX. Select one FH5 file in the Finder and
open the Get Info panel (Cmd-I). Select 'Open with: FHMX' and 'Use this
application ... Change All'. Now, when I double-click the FH5 file icon, the
file opens in FHMX.

From within Freedhand MX just do FILE Open, that should get it - Ive done a ton of conversions from 5.5 files.
