Oracle 8. The service OracleTNSlistener80 can't start. - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

Hello; I have a problem with an Oracle 8 D.B. over WIN2000 server (SP4); i can't start the service: OracleTNSlistener80, the message that I reveive is: The sistem don't return any error code.     Hello; I have a problem with an Oracle 8 D.B. over WIN2000 server (SP4); i
    can't start the service: OracleTNSlistener80, the message that I reveive is:
    The sistem don't return any error code. It may be a Windows internar error
    or an Oracle error.


    ¿Can anybody help me ?

    Check for the port number , else try chaniging the port number and start.

    Default Oracle 8. The service OracleTNSlistener80 can't start.

    On an Oracle Client station, enter Start->Program->Oracle -
    OraHome->Network Administration->Net8 Configuration
    Assistant->Listener Configuration and
    choose "Reconfigure" to review the listener you had
    created before (protocol, port number, etc), or choose to
    create a new listener. Once you're done with this, a the
    reconfigured or new listener should be ok.
    Or you can enter the Win 2000's prompt mode and, from the
    oracle_home\bin directory, enter lsnrctl status to see the
    listener's status.
