OSX Adress Book and iSync - Mac Networking

Running OS 10.2.6 on a G4/400 I am trying to get my adress book to sync with my Palm through iSync. When I initiate the Palm Sync, it automatically opens iSync. I them click on "Sunc now" and it "appears" to be working (ie, the palm says it is synhing with iSync and iSync says it is synching with the Palm) but my adress book never matches my Palm. I have removed all of the Palm conduits from the appropriate folders, but the OSX adress book still won't update. Anyone have any suggestions? -- *NO CARRIER* -- A Naval Aviator's ...

I am trying to get my adress book to sync with my Palm through iSync.

The first clue that something is wrong is that you shouldn't have to
press the 'Sync Now' button in iSync. My iSync runs automatically when
launched by HotSync Manager. You DO get HotSync Manager to launch,
don't you? It's required for this process to work.
