OSX privileges: unable to lauch AI as non admin user
I newly installed CS on a G5 running Panther as admin user. When logging in as a normal user (no admin permissions) I get an finder error message when starting Illustrator: Insufficient privileges to start this program. (At least something similar - it's in German).
I tried repairing privileges using the Apple disk utility - no success.
I'm pretty shure that I've seen something about this issue some days befor in the FAQ but can't find it anymore. Could somebody pls. point me to that information.
Thanks!

Re: OSX privileges: unable to lauch AI as non admin user
Log into the the administrator account and control click or right click on the AI CS Icon go to get info and there you will see ownership and privileges and change the ownership to something that would allow you to use it in the account that you wish.
Log out and log into that normal account.

Re: OSX privileges: unable to lauch AI as non admin user
Wade, thanks for your reply.
I've tried that already. Actually the permission on the program AI CS itself are set to grant read/write permissions to everybody. I also checked Library:Application Support:Adobe - it has read/write privileges for everybody too. I can verify this locked in as normal user.
Any other ideas? Thanks!
