OT Virus scan for Html.Redof.A - Macromedia Dreamweaver

HI Guys, A client of mine just emailed me about a virus that they say Norton found on their PC called "Html.Redof.A" She tried quarantining it and it couldn't be quarantined, she tried deleting it and it couldn't be deleted. Default OT Virus scan for Html.Redof.A

    HI Guys,

A client of mine just emailed me about a virus that they say Norton found on
their PC called "Html.Redof.A" She tried quarantining it and it couldn't be
quarantined, she tried deleting it and it couldn't be deleted. It said it
    was a temporary internet file.

I did a search at trend micro and at Symantec and both had no results for
that virus. Does anyone here know what it is or if it's some kind of hoax,
and/or how to get rid of it?

I told her to delete all her temporary internet files manually, but I just
thought I would see if someone here knew anything about it.
