Hello I work with my uncle in the sign business and we get a lot of jpg's and bmp's. I was wondering if there is anyway to make these into outlines as .eps or .ai. You help will be greatly appreciated

Teach your uncle how to use the pen tool, because there's no really good way to convert bitmaps into vectors.
Do a search on the forums for "vector" and "bitmap"
