    Default Outlook Toolbar

    When opening mail messages (Outlook 2000- SP3), the Contribute toolbar is
    displayed. I remove the toolbar via the view menu, but it only removes the bar
    for the current message. When opening another message the toolbar re-appears.
    Just downloaded the trial version and already disappointed in the product.
    Hate those *&$^%#) toolbars.
    thanks.:sad;

    Default Re: Outlook Toolbar

    To remove the Contribute Toolbars for MS Office and Internet Explorer and
    Mozilla Firefox, just go into Add/Remove Programs, select Contribute 4, and
    then choose Modify, it will prompt you to Optional Features, which you can then
    uncheck and complete the wizard. Be sure to close out of the following programs
    before you launch the uninstaller.

    Default Re: Outlook Toolbar

    Thanks,
    I had toolbars, toolbars everywhere...
    Found another solution- removed the entire program and all registry entries.
    This application is like AOL- wants to run the show.
    I'm going to find something that's a little less invasive.
    Thanks again for the answer.
