overlay text quality

when i try to put a PNG file, that is all transparent beside the credits text,
as an overlay on a camera,
it doesn't look good.
if i make the 3D sprite non-direct to world, the text does look good, except
it isn't overlay, and there's poor performance.

any suggestions?

Texture should be power of 2. You can also set its quality to #low and
nearFiltering to false.
