Package errors since 4.03 update

Since the update, making a package gives me a 'Cannot make package. Unknown error' message and fails...
Any ideas?

Exporting as INCX and opening and saving as indd solves the problem for most files - not all, I noticed

I have no errors whatsoever with packaging since updating to 4.0.3.

Strange that one gets so many different reactions with doing the same thing.

I think it has to do with documents that were made with Plug ins no longer installed (missing Plug in dialog at opening). Saving as INCX removes this plug in information. However, in version 4.02 a missing plug in did not give an error when packaging...

I use to design a page using full size images and then before sending to print I would size tiffs in Photoshop to 100% scale as they appear in InDesign and then update the links. The links would then update to the same actual size just the % would change. After updating to INDCS2 4.0.3 the images now update to the same percentage rather than retaining their page layout size. So now I have to go through the whole InDesign document resizing images.
I had this problem in v2 but it was fixed when I upgraded to CS2, but this time consuming problem has come back.
