    Default Page Size Problem

Whenever I set my plotter page size to one other than Letter the settings do not transfer through (and only a portion of my project prints). I have tried everything - setting the page size in print setup, setting the page size in document setup, taking the printer settings from the Document setup menu. Nothing works. Does anyone know if this is a bug? Am I doing something wrong? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. FYI, I am using Illustrator 10 with an HP DesignJet 1055cm plus plotter.

    Default Re: Page Size Problem

    Wade,

Make sure that you have the latest drivers for the HP. As a work around, save as a pdf and print from acrobat. Then you will have the print preview, re-size, and other options that can save you time available and paper. Make sure that you use the page tile tool (under the hand tool in the tool bar) to set up the right portion of your file for print.
