pages won't publish

I am a new use and thank Thnklnk for the quick solution to my first problem

I have two problems publishing pages.
1. I just hit publish and received a congratulations message for
[url]http://www.odogparks.org/index.htm[/url] (which is a revision of my home page) but
when I got to my home page I still see the old version at [url]http://www.odogparks[/url].
I have attached code for the new version.

2. Sometimes when I go to work on this page I am told I don't have permission
to edit. I am the only user of my trial copy of Contribute so how could this be?

The source of the publsihed page is identical to the source you posted (you can use Winmerge for that). I think you should clear the cash of your IE browser.
