Pallets gone wild. Unruly pallets have taken over my screen!
All my pallets seem to expand to cover the entire page. I manage to shrink the length, but the width goes off the page. As I tried to control that problem, my tool pallet has gotten into the act and now covers the whole page and that seems to be a permanent situation.
Is this a memory problem, a bug in the software, or a key stroke I am hitting and not knowing? This is driving me crazy!
HELP ME PLEASE!
Illustrator CS
Mac 450, 750ram, 250gb storage.
Thanks,
Chaz

And after you have trashed the prefs. Wait five years until the Illustrator team wake up to the great feature in Photoshop of being able to save different pallet positions called "The Workspace".
It's about time you swallowed your pride illustrator team and copied a great feature in photoshop. If it's not pride stopping you what is?.

The ability to save workspaces is also in InDesign CS!

Yes, and it needs to be in Illustrator CS.
