Pantone Colour List
I have just upgraded to Freehand MX and when I go to the assets panel to find
the list of Pantone Colours, they do not appear. I can go to import and open
the chosen pantone chart from my program files but why don't they appear in the
list??

Re: Pantone Colour List
Hi Lisa,
Try to copy the pantone chart from where you import it, into this folder (if
you are on a Windows platform):
C:\Documents and Settings\"your username Lisa"\Programdata\Macromedia\FreeHand
MX\11\English\Settings\Colors
You may not see this path if Windows preferences are set to not show system
files and hidden files.
Check windows prefs if you're not able to go this path.

Re: Pantone Colour List
Maybe you're looking in the wrong place. Pantone libraries are in the pop-up
menu at upper right corner of the Swatches panel.
You can also put a copy of any Pantone library into the Swatches folder. If
you do this, the Pantone library colors will be available as color cubes in
the Stroke and Fill inspectors.
The Mac OS X path to swatches is:
Users/(Username)/Library/Application Support/ Macromedia/ FreeHand MX/ 11/
English/ Settings / Swatches.
