Pantone Swatch Library Missing from Illustrator 9.0

My Pantone Swatch Library has disappeared. I thought that deleting the AIPrefs would solve the problem, but it didn't. Here's what I see when I go to pull them up:

Window > Swatch Libraries > no libraries found & other libraries...

Any suggestions? I'm using Illustrator 9.0 on a Windows XP operating system.

Did you ever see the swatch libraries? Did you do a custom install and perhaps miss installing all features (that happens a lot to both version 8 and 9)? Have you tried an overinstall?

I'm pretty sure I did a custom install and I know that the swatches were originally available. It seemed as though they up and disappeared on me one day. I've had various palettes disappear (i.e. the layers palette) and so I figured it might be a similar problem.

I haven't tried an overinstall. That sounds like that would likely solve the problem. I'll give it a shot and let you know the results.

John, that was a great suggestion! Now I can avoid the hassle of overinstalling Illustrator and get the updated Pantone swatch libraries I need anyways. Thanks for your help!
