    Default pantone to cymk

just a question on a problem that very often i have to solve:
I'm doing a graphic group of logos, I know the pantone code for each of them, but since i have to print them all together I have to find the best solution, and I think that they will have to be printed in CYMK.
My printing service uses Euroscale as default CYMK. Is there a way to convert a pantone color to the most similar cymk in Euroscale? (table, other tools....)
    thank you.

The best method would be by eye - compare your Pantone Spot swatchbook
to a Euroscale Process book and select the closest CMYK match. (Ditto
for Pantone's process book - you can often find a much better match than
    what Pantone recommends.)

In the end you could use a Pantone book rather than Euroscale if you
don't have one available (although if that's what your printer is using
then you should) - CMYK is CMYK, the color library is just a system to
help you more accurately select specific color formulas (formulae?). If
your Pantone process book says the closest match is DS 134-1, for
    example, just assign the object(s) a color of c30 m100 y50 k30.
