Paragraph Styles and Previous Docs
I have some documents I created some time ago that contain certain paragraph styles. These paragraph styles are no longer what I need and I have since changed them for my current documents.
Every time I open one of the older files they also bring in their corresponding styles. I need to get rid of those styles and replace them with the newer ones.
What would be the best way to do it: delete all styles from open document then import styles from the current docs (assuming the styles are of the same names, or adjust as necessary) or is there some other way?
Thanks

Re: Paragraph Styles and Previous Docs
Open the document where you want to change the style sheets, click on the palette options button on the Paragraph Styles palette, choose "Load paragraph styles" (or "load all styles") and browse to the document that has the updated styles. If they're named the same, your old styles will instantly be replaced with the new. No need to delete the existing if the names are the same.
