Paragraph Styles are no longer Alphabetized - Adobe Indesign Windows

I just recently installed InDesign CS2 on my computer. When I open my doents in CS2, my paragraph style names are no longer in alphabetical order. If I open the file in InDesign 2.0 they are fine. I even tried to load the styles from a doent that I know is listed correctly, but it loads them in all mixed up. I looked for a "sort by name" or anything like that in the palette menu, but there isn't anything. The object styles have that option, but not the paragraph styles. I don't want to update my files to CS2 ...

Default Paragraph Styles are no longer Alphabetized

I just recently installed InDesign CS2 on my computer. When I open my doents in CS2, my paragraph style names are no longer in alphabetical order. I don't want to update my files to CS2 until I can find a way to fix this. I have too many styles to try to search for one when they are not in any logical order.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just double click any one of the styles as if to edit it and then click ok.

I can't seem to test this trick I remember (since of course my paragraph styles are in perfect alphabetic order), but you should try making a tiny change in one of your styles, and I think the list will realphabetize itself.

Thanks so much. Just pretending that you are making a style change and hitting cancel worked fine. Very weird.
