partitioning tables - Oracle Server

i have Oracle8i Standard Edition and I'm triying to create a partitionated table, i can? I found into v$option the parameter "partitioning" that is stablished to False, can I change it? how? thank you very much Albert Punsola...

    Not quite true. It's only going to work with the Enterprise Edition, that's
    true. But it's not included with the EE licence... it's a separately
    licensable option.
