    Default Password Reset Disk

    Hi , i have a very small problem with windows xp pro , i
    have created a password restore disk , i no longer
    require this , the only problem is when i log in ,
    instead of the standard windows (your password is
    inccorect) box, when you type the wrong password , it
    still comes up with do you want to use the restore disk
    prompt , how do i stop it from displaying the restore and
    make it go back to the normal window ?

    Default password reset disk

    i am the admin for this pc and there is no other
    accounts.. i have made a password reset disk.. in the
    logon welcome screen if i get a password wrong, there is
    no use password reset disk option or even if i press the
    arrow or ?. can u plz tell me how to get it back

    Apparently the computer does not recognize that a Password Reset Disk
    was made.
    Did you make it on this computer before you had this problem?

    I dont know if you know or not but once its been turned
    on (Password Reset Disk), is their a way to turn it
    off ???
