Password when submitting

    Default Password when submitting

    I have designed a form that needs to save data to a HTML file on the server, but when the user click submit it askes them for a password.

    if I enter my password used to change the site it works, otherwize just a error.

    Can anybody tell me if this is on my side or on my ISP's side.
