    Try Edit>Paste Into (or Alt-Control-V).

I just pressed print screen and then Edit-paste. It pasted a huge image of the screen into Indesign CS. But as Johno said, there are better ways to do it.

    Try this:
Create a box with either the frame tool or the rectangle tool. Right-click on the box, and select Paste Into, or go to Edit>Paste Into (or Alt-Control-V) instead of just "Paste." The clipboard image will be pasted into the box you've drawn.

....because it's not a link. Be sure to test this before you send it out to
    be printed. Good Luck!

Well it pdfs - so I presume it'll print.

Good tip, tho personally Im still tempted to get a grab and save off as a tiff or whatever.
