    Default paste special?

Is there any way (official or not) to edit code/paste code in Contribute? I need to be able to insert videos, frames etc directly which are not hosted on the server but from other websites.

If you want to edit the code and paste a code you need to set an
External application (Web page editor in preferences for .htm or webpage
source file extension). And try doing File->Edit page in External
Application (let the external application be even a notepad). There you
    can paste whatever you want.
