Pasting - Macromedia Fireworks

I am encoutering a stupid issue that I can't solve. Whenever I copy and paste in Fireworks MX 2004 the pasted file lands in some seemingly random place on the page. Is there a way to specify that you want the pasted image to land in the same relative location as where it was pasted from?...

Where do you copy from? By default FWMX04 pastes an object in the same
location in the doent you paste in than it was in the doent you
copied from, if you copy/paste between Fireworks doents that is. If
you copy from another app, all bets are off.

In this case, I am copying and pasting multiple layers from a PSD file that I have opened in Fireworks MX 2004 into a new frame (I am setting up rollovers). But even once the file has been saved as a PNG file, the problem still happens. I don't know if it happens from a fresh/native PNG file. It is really a pain!

Default Troubles to copy-paste feathers into Flash MX

Hi... I have a really stupid problem. When I copy feathers objets (ovals or rectangles) in Fireworks MX, and then paste it into Flash MX, the border appears with au ugly shadow, and is very diferent than the original objet in Fireworks... WHAT CAN I DO!!!???

This problem don't appears in all the objets... because the ovals suddenly can be pasted with the original feather or gradient in the Flash MX stage, but when I edit the figure in Fireworks, or I use rectangles with feather, the horrible shadow appears in Flash MX... please, help me.

Export the image as a 32 bit PNG file, and then import it into Flash.
