patchadd problem on x86 Solaris 8 - Sun Solaris

Dear Solaris gurus, Please advise me what to do! This started with install_cluster failure on Intel Solaris 8 box. None of Recommended cluster patches was installed. MD5 checksums for 8_x86_Recommended.zip cluster and patchadd itself are OK. Detailed inspection shows that any patchadd fails with output attached next. # patchadd /export/home/8_x86_Recommended/110403-04 /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A /usr/sbin/patchadd: set: unknown option: A ...

    Thanks, Martin!
My /bin/ksh and /bin/bash were equal and have correct MD5 checksum.
I restored ksh from the distribution and patchadd works.
