path (Illustrator 10) for Photoshop 7.0

It doesn't work, what make I wrong?

I drag the Illustrator artwork into Photoshop with holding down the command button, but the object is still placed as a Bitmap and not as a path!!

Go to Illustrator File Handling preferences and check AICB (Adobe Illustrator Clipboard format). Then you should be able to choose Paths.
