    Default Pay for Customer Support?

    We have to pay for Customer Support? We have to pay for Beta versions?

    Macromedia getting greedy?

    I tried installing Director MX 2004 trial on a different machine and it still
    has the ~e5d141.tmp File Exists error...I have turned off all the other
    Macromedia product processes, deleted the contents in the TMP folder...and
    still get the same error!!

    Not true- you get two free support incidents with your purchase (and
    they don't count against that quota if they are traced back to a product
