Pay Pal help

I've got Dreamweaver MX with a Pay Pal facilty where I can isert all the
buttons and enter the info to buy items Just got Dreamwaever 8 yet there is no
Pay Pal included. Can't remember how / where I got the Pay Pal extension. Can
any one help?
