    Hi,
I searched cocoa.mamasam.com and found 8 references all off of one
letter that asked the same question as above. At the end they
    recommend changing PBXCustomTemplateMacroDefinitions in the
preferences file. I have tried apple.com.ProjectBuilder and
apple.com.Xcode and neither has this variable. I could add it but I
don't know what keys/values it needs in addition to __Company Name__
They also suggested changing the apple supplied templates in
    /Developer/ProjectBuilder/Extras which doesn't exist in Xcode. I
searched for project templates in the new Developer directory and
    didn't find anything obvious.

So how do you do this in Xcode ?

As before. Look in /Library/Application Support/Apple/... and you'll see
the templates that are currently used. Mirror them into ~/Library to
    override them on a per-user basis. m.
