    Default PBG4 Ti Battery Question

A beginner question on this PowerBook and battery.

When not in use, how quickly does the battery drain?

I charged fully and it was down to 35% after 3 weeks of no use.

Directions say to charge battery when storing and also remove battery if
storing for more than 5 months. Is that the best practice?

    Thanks.

Well, it *is* the manufacturer's recommendation, so I'd guess it is a
good idea. But if you haven't fully charged and then discharged the
battery early on as advised in the book, it may not hold its charge as
    long when not used.
