PDF 7.0 files will not print on inkjet

I have an Epson Inkjet printer, it will not print any files from Acrobat 7.0. It starts spooling the job on screen, and then "stops". Perhaps my inkjet is too old now?

PDF 7.0's print fine on my laser printer.

First go to Epson and download the latest Driver for your Printer.

Next close all applications.

Open up Print Centre/Printer Utility.

delete the list for your printer from list.

Quit Print Centre/Disk Utility.

Next install the new Print Driver.

when completed if necessary restart.

Now open Print Centre/Printer Utility

Click on Add Printer and locate your printer (now using new Driver).

Now check and see if your print jobs work okay now.

omg - it worked?!!? Thanks a lot. The crazy thing is, this isn't a new driver, it's the same one I installed previously. Epson hasn't modified it since they first created it for X.

Glad it worked even if I typed Disk Utlity in place of Printer Utility one time.

sometime files and folders become corrupt and the only cure is a reinstall.
