Default .pdf file cannot be seen on my web

Bigger, 4-pager adobe file cannot be seen on my web! I linked it all the way down to file.pdf path, but it shows blank page. Originally it was made in publisher as a newsletter and converted to adobe 6.0. Help.

Thank you in advance for your help.

If Acrobat Reader starts up, the white page is probably due to slow loading
of the text. Wait (up to 5 minutes) and the text should appear.

I've had newsletters that take up to 20 minutes on a dial-up. (The September
issue is the one with the budget info in it and tends to run much longer.)
