PDF from Pagemaker to Illustrator CS
I created a PDF from Pagemaker and opened it in Illustrator CS. All lines of text comes in individually. Is there a way to choose several lines of this text so the text will be linked together. I hope this makes sense. Your help is appreciated.

Re: PDF from Pagemaker to Illustrator CS
Kent,
If you have each line as a separate object take first line and Type Tool drag to highlight, Control X, then make a Paragraph text block or it's going to be one extended line. To make a paragraph text first use Type Tool and drag to make a box (perameters can be changed later). There will automatically be an insertion point in upper left of fame block...flashing. Control V will paste the first line text here.
Now click the second line then with Type Tool drag to highlight and Control X. Now go to first line you want, select, and with Type Tool click an insertion point at end of line and Control V. Go to line three and select, Type Tool drag, Control X, then go back to line one which now has both line one and two, click insertion point at end and Control V again. Now all text is together and will wrap to whatever frame boundaries you set.
