PDF Image Size Trouble
All CS2 Apps seem to have many bugs.
Here's one I've found in Photoshop/Acrobat:
Photoshop Image sizes are not translated properly when making PDFs.
I'll have a 4x6 jpg that when opened in Acrobat will be like 10x14.
And then you don't even know the size is wrong because for some stupid reason with the new Acrobat you have to move your cursor over the bottom left corner for every page of a PDF in order to check it's size, which I found out by accident.
Why in hell was that feature changed? Every PDF I've ever made or opened I've immediatley looked in the bottom left corner to see it's physical size, now I have to run my damned cursor over that area.
We deal with odd sized graphics not 8-1/2" by 11" booklets.

Re: PDF Image Size Trouble
I have exported many PDFs from Photoshop, including CS2. Never once has the dimensions of the file ever changed on me.
I do agree that the "feature" of not showing the PDF dimensions unless you hold your cursor in the right position is indeed a stupid change!

Yes, this is a bug, if the resolution of the jpeg is anything greater than 72 ppi.

The resolution did not have to be 72dpi before CS2

Re: PDF Image Size Trouble
I see you posted this question both here and in the Photoshop Mac forum, which unfortunately means the answers you get may be split up. I would suggest only starting a new thread in one forum at a time so that there is only one conversation going on.
After posting my first response (in the other forum), I realized I may not have understood what you are doing. Are you saving as PDF out of Photoshop, or creating a JPEG that you're using to create a PDF in Acrobat? Saving as PDF directly out of Photoshop may be easier, and does not have a problem with resolutions greater than 72 ppi.

That's why I said it was a bug.
