PDF Numbered Bookmarks Similar to Word Document Map
When converting from .doc to .pdf using PDFMaker from within Microsoft Word, is it possible to automatically create numbered bookmarks similar to those that appear in the Word Document Map. In other words, I would like to transfer both the heading numbers and the heading text into the bookmarks, rather than just the heading text.
